We’ve always built our bikes to last and ride hard, year in, year out – and that’s as true now as it was when we started. Today, we not only need to design and make bikes that last and last but do all we can to help even more people get riding by recycling, repairing, and reusing more bikes than ever before – preventing them going to waste or going into landfill.

Which is why we’ve created Certified Whyte Refurbished – offering you great bikes with equally great savings – up to 35% off. Ranging from never ridden and in 'new' in condition, to ones that have done solid miles but are still in good condition with plenty of life left in them. All thoroughly checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics, refurbished and ready to ride, ready for you.

CONDITION GRADES EXPLAINED

From like-new ex-display bikes with slight cosmetic damage, to ex-demo bikes and more, all are thoroughly checked, graded and refurbished to offer the same Whyte quality you expect but with significant savings.

The precise amount you can save varies by the bike’s condition and whether it’s our current year model – with previous year models offering even more savings:

GRADE A: LIKE NEW 

Zero wear and tear. These bikes have never been ridden and look like new with few, if any, cosmetic marks or scratches. To ensure these bikes meet our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in perfect working order. Most come complete with all their original parts but a rare few may differ a little from the bike’s stock specification and will be clearly marked.

GRADE B: EXCELLENT

Minor wear and tear. Have seen some light use from customer testing over short amounts of time. May also have some minor cosmetic marks. To ensure these bikes meet our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in excellent working order. Most come complete with all their original parts but a rare few may differ a little from the bike’s stock specification and will be clearly marked. 

GRADE C: GOOD

Some wear and tear. Have been used and ridden but are mechanically sound with plenty of life left in all their parts. They will also have some cosmetic marks on them. To ensure these bikes meet our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in good working order. Where necessary, some parts have been replaced so the spec may differ from original and will be clearly marked. 

We’ll detail every mark or change to every bike and take photos of each blemish or change so you can see clearly what condition each specific bike is in to make the most informed choice possible.
